Dues Allocation for Lobbying

2026 Lobbying Expenses Disclosure
In accordance with Section 6033 (e)(2)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended, members of the Colorado Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (COANA) are hereby notified that $67.04 of your $279.36 state membership dues (an estimated 24% of your 2025-26 state allocation of AANA dues) will be allocated to Colorado lobbying and political activities. This amount is not deductible as a business expense for federal income tax purposes.
